The use of the site involves the processing of the following data:

1. Navigazione data: IT systems and software used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, personal data whose transmission is necessary for the use of Internet communication protocols. This processing is to be considered legitimate as it is functional to the navigation of the site requested by the user (article 6, paragraph 1 letter b of the Regulation).

The navigation data is also processed for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (article 6, paragraph 1 letter f of the regulation) for the purpose of:

  • obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, etc.);
  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.

The navigation data does not persist for more than 7 days (except for any need to ascertain crimes by judicial authorities).

2. Cookies: Cookies are used to ensure navigability within the site and to collect statistical data in aggregate and anonymized form by our provider Google Analytics (article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the Regulation). Data processing activities are carried out with the support of information systems and automations which include organisational and technical controls proportionate with risks of destruction, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

Data collected is not subject to diffusion or automated decision-making, including profiling, and is not transferred outside of the EU or third countries considered secure by the European Commission.



Data collected on visiting the site is processed on our behalf by our website hosting supplier, a nominated Data Processor in line with article 28 of the Regulation, and may be disclosed to public authorities who legally request data and in general where we have a legal obligations of disclosure.

Data is disclosed to our employees and collaborators who process data in compliance with instructions set out by LHWC.



Data subjects, in compliance with articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, have the right to obtain confirmation of data processing activities from the Data Controller and where data processing exists, the right to:

  • access personal data, request the rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of their data, or opposition to this processing
  • to receive personal data concerning them, which they have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller (data portability)
  • to be informed of automated decision-making processes, including profiling
  • if given, withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation
